.NET Developer
Systems Analyst / Tech Writer Editor:
As an employee of Marieke Consulting, Inc. you will be working as a government contractor supporting financial, project management, staffing, and business software applications used by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). You are expected to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business application functions and the end-user processes. This position requires teamwork with members of the software development team and the government personnel. You will have the opportunity to participate in many phases of the software development lifecycle: collecting requirements, systems analysis, design, testing, training, implementation, and user support.
Specific duties may include:

Development and presentation of detailed requirements, technical specifications, process flows, status reports, training materials, and user support documentation for multiple systems.

Collect and organize information for and develop user manuals, training materials, technical specifications, requirements documentation, test plans, test procedures, and implementation plans.

Prepare monthly status reports, newsletters, and user correspondence.

Develop and maintain interactive e-learning, e-training materials for web publication.

Prepare training materials including course outlines, how to documents, and cheat sheets.

Prepare course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and surveys.
Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, English or related discipline.

At least 4 years of experience in relation to functional responsibilities.

Expert level proficiency in MS Office.

Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong customer-service orientation.
-
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.

Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance (SF 85P).
Systems Analyst / Training Specialist:

You will have the opportunity to participate in many phases of the software development lifecycle: collecting requirements, systems analysis, design, testing, training, implementation, and user support.

Conduct research to develop and revise training courses and catalogs.

Develop and maintain interactive e-learning, e-training materials for web publication.

Prepare training materials including course outlines, how to documents, and cheat sheets.

Prepare course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and surveys.

Train personnel by conducting classroom and remote sessions lasting from one hour to three days.

Traveling to U.S. locations to conduct training.
Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.

Data Analyst / Reporting Specialist:
As an employee of Marieke Consulting, Inc. you will be working as a government contractor supporting financial, project management, staffing, and business software applications used by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). You are expected to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business application functions and the end-user processes. You should be familiar with the underlying data structure and elements of multiple systems and understand the data relationships for purposes of interfaces and system integration. The position will require the development and maintenance of various reports in Excel, Access, Crystal Reports and/or Business Objects. This position requires teamwork with members of the software development team and the government personnel. You will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: collecting requirements, systems analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementation.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and at least 3 years of experience.
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel. Strong competence in MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
Knowledge of relational databases including tables, queries, forms and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Ability to provide technical support to various users, including ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
Proven ability to learn new technologies and to adapt to new environments.
Familiarity with MS Access, SQL Developer, TOAD or other similar tools.

Business Systems Analyst:
As an employee of Marieke Consulting, Inc. you will be working as a government contractor supporting financial, project management, staffing, and business software applications used by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). You are expected to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business application functions and the end-user processes. The position will require the development and presentation of requirements, process flows, training materials, user documentation, and status reports. This position requires teamwork with members of the software development team and the government personnel. In this position, you will be providing end user support, setting up and conducting training, and managing the Help Desk queue. You will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: collecting requirements, systems analysis, design, development, testing, training, and implementation.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of experience.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Ability to provide technical support to various users, including ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
Proven ability to learn new technologies and to adapt to new environments.
Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance (SF 85P)
Experience with Remedy is desired.
.NET Application Developer:
As an employee of Marieke Consulting, Inc. you will be working as a government contractor supporting financial, project management, staffing, and business software applications used by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). We are looking for a self-starter who is able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks without close supervision. The developer will analyze, design, develop, test and implement software applications using languages and tools such as .NET ASP, .NET C#, Cold Fusion, SQL, and Visual Studio. This position requires teamwork with members of the software development team and the government personnel.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree.
At least 8 years of experience as an application developer.
At least 3 years of experience with Oracle and SQL.
Familiar with full life-cycle development processes and configuration management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to provide technical support to various users, including ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
Proven ability to learn new technologies and to adapt to new environments.
